Declaration of Accessibility

This Declaration of Accessibility is effective as of the 3rd of May 2024 and was last updated on the 3rd of June 2024.

 

Accessibility for All 

 

William Livingstone (hereinafter called the Owner) seeks to provide a positive customer experience to all his customers, and he aims to promote accessibility and inclusion. 

 

He believes in providing equal access to information and services to all his users, regardless of their abilities and continues constantly to act and devote resources to further enhance the accessibility of his website and technology.

The Owner of the site strictly adheres to the demands of the Israeli Law “Equal Rights for People with Disabilities” (adapting access to services), 2013 - and acts according to the Law’s regulations for access to internet browser applications.

 

Adjustments Made in order to Improve Access

 

  • Simple and clear navigation

  • Use of an upper menu for quicker and easier navigation

  • Site content written clearly, in an organized and hierarchic way; if necessary, side explanations are added beside site content.

  • The site has been adapted to modern browsers.

  • The site has been adapted to varying screen resolutions.

  • All pages in the site have a fixed design.  

  • The site enables changes in font size by using the key Ctrl together with mouse wheel.

  • There is no use in the site of flickering or moving text

  • An access button has been embedded on-site enabling personal adjustments and improved user-experience.
